Abstract

We have designed a novel band-pass reflective polarizer on the bases of the analyses of propagation matrix by the Interference-Included 2×2 Jones Matrix Method. The FWHM of transmission band is 4nm for incident light from 0° to 20° and successfully achieved wide color gamut covering Rec. 2020 color space for UHD TVs.
