We are very grateful to Prof. K. Hirota and Mr. N. Oumi for helping the single crystal growth and also Prof. H. Onodera for helpful discussions. This work is supported by the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Priority Areas (B) from the Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture of Japan.

N2 - We have observed Fermi surface change with antiferro-quadrupolar (AFQ) ordering in DyB2C2 via the de Haas-van Alphen effect. Some Fermi surfaces disappear in the AFQ state although they exist in the 'para' state. This observation cannot be explained by the change of the Brillouin zone due to the AFQ ordering.
