title = "Haack meets Herzberger and Priest",
abstract = "Discussing many-valued logics, Susan Haack raised suspicions that there is no need for 'extra' truth values; in fact, such systems are more intelligible when seen as involving only 'true' and 'false', with some restrictions. In this article, we present two semantic frameworks suited to ground Haack's approach to many-valued logics: one by Graham Priest, and another by Hans Herzberger. We argue that they faithfully represent both the claim that there are only two values, as well as other kinds of restrictions needed to account for the appearance of many-valuedness. We focus on some infectious logics.",

Many thanks goes to Damian Szmuc for his kind invitation, and the audience for interesting questions and comments. Moreover, we would also like to thank the referees for their careful reading and helpful comments. In particular, our special thanks goes to one of the referees who provided us with an extremely detailed as well as constructive report, along with very kind, warm and encouraging comments.
