Measurement of ferroelectric properties of polycrystalline BiFeO 3 films using a high driving frequency of 100 kHz system

A high driving frequency of a 100 kHz measurement system is useful for evaluating the ferroelectric properties of a leaky polycrystalline BiFeO 3 film at room temperature. The influence of the leakage current density on the ferroelectric hysteresis loops is drastically reduced compared to a low driving frequency system due to the reduction of measuring time. The phase delay of the high driving frequency of 100 kHz system was determined by measuring a capacitor. The remanent polarization measured by the high driving frequency of 100 kHz was confirmed by a positive, up, negative and down (PUND) measurement.
