N2 - LiCAF scintillator doped with Eu2+ is novel inorganic scintillator for thermal neutron detectors. In scintillation detectors, the light output is important and that Eu:LiCAF depends on the Eu2+ concentrations. In this report, we investigated scintillation light output of Eu:LiCAF with different sample thickness of 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 mm.
