N2 - Recently, the shift to electric vehicles (EVs) has become more pronounced worldwide. In line with this trend, several studies have been conducted on systems to wirelessly supply electric power to running EVs in many countries. To realize this system, it is essential to build a simple and inexpensive infrastructure, and one of the key issues is to reduce the number of power sources. Therefore, we have proposed a repeater coil method as a power transmission scheme that extends the power supply section per power source. In this paper, we report on our proposal and design a new repeater method that solves the problems that the repeater coil method has faced in the past and that can be used even when there is no load, as well as in laboratory-scale power supply experiments.
